Inclusions counselling
Everyone Welcome
Some people feel they may not be heard if they don’t conform to society’s expectations regarding, shape, colour, religion, culture, gender identity, or sexuality. Inclusions Counselling offers a safe environment to speak freely to a counsellor who can help you navigate through life’s challenges

Finding support and affirmation.
“Welcome, and thank you for finding your way to Inclusions Counselling.
Some people seek counselling to lessen stress and anxiety or would like assistance regarding stresses discovered during the pandemic. Others might feel stressed by societal issues regarding mistreatment of visible minorities or the recent revelations of residential school atrocities.
Some people with visible and/or invisible disabilities may deal with issues regarding the accessibility of physical spaces or social challenges. Others are only now coming to terms with their sexual or gender identities and how to navigate their world with these new understandings. Everyone deserves to feel safe and secure in their own environment, including you.
People seek counselling for reasons as varied as the beautiful shifting tidal sands of Parksville Beach, located just a few blocks from our door.
Inclusions Counselling is here to help!

“I approach counselling with cultural and trauma awareness, an understanding of LGBTQIA2+ issues, and alternative relationship styles including kink and polyamory. More than anything, my wish is to help people feel more comfortable with who they are in their own skin.”
